A History of Excellence

In 1990, Russ Rheams was selling copiers for one of the nation’s largest copier companies. It concerned him that his company was always trying to move clients in to a more expensive machine whether they needed it or not. Russ wanted to be part of a company where satisfying the customer’s needs were more important than making a sale. His wife Lorie suggested that the only way he could be sure of that was to open his own company.

Since Russ’s field of expertise was copies it seemed a natural when Lorie’s idea was to open a copy store. That was in February of 1990 and, as they say, the rest is history. Today they live out their motto of “Where Friendship and Work Mix Well” on a daily basis. If you’re a local and have a chance to spend 30-minutes or so at OCC, you’re bound to see friends and customers alike stop in for everything from a copy or two to a major printing job.

OCC is the only copy center in Orangevale. There’s a reason for that. In addition to making our clients feel at home, we provide them with a top quality product, a variety of services, on time delivery and the lowest prices in the greater Sacramento area. Both Russ and Lorie are extremely active Rotarians and believe in extending a helping hand to the community. They take a special interest in doing work for non-profit and charitable organizations and offer significant discounts to youth sports leagues, churches and other charities.
